Reserving a package

Payment reserves your package request. Nikki will follow up to confirm details and availability. If we're unable to fulfill your request, you'll receive a full refund.

Pricing changes

Package pricing may change for custom needs, travel, rush turnaround, and expanded deliverables. Any additional costs will be agreed with you before work begins.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Need to reschedule or cancel? Reach out as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate. Refund eligibility depends on how much work has been completed.
